Gainward GeForce GTX 660 Ti 2GB Phantom - Overclocking

As the Gainward GTX 660 Ti 2GB Phantom has no additional power circuitry compared to other editions of the Nvidia card, we were sceptical that it would achieve overclocks any higher than what we'd already seen, and sadly we were right. Even with its fairly massive cooler, we couldn't push the card past 1,110MHz on the core clock and 1.677GHz (6.708GHz) on the memory in EVGA's Precision tool. These represent 10 per cent overclocks in each case, and put the card right on par with the other GTX 660 Ti 2GB cards we've seen before. We subsequently re-ran the 2,560 x 1,600 Battlefield 3 test and Unigine benchmark to assess the impact of our efforts.
